Reception

Our patients and doctors are supported by our effective reception team. All our staff receive training in First Aid and CPR as well as being exposed to ongoing industry developments and training.

We pride ourselves on providing an efficient, friendly and caring service in a comfortable, modern environment.

Nursing staff

We have a very competent team of Practice Nurses who assist our GPs in providing patients with the best possible care. Our nurses may be involved in various aspects of patient care including wound care, removal of sutures, mine medicals, immunizations, ECGs and diabetic clinics. We view our Practice Nurses as an important part of the clinical team responsible for our patients’ overall care.

We ensure the ongoing professional development of our Practice Nursing team and regularly send staff on courses to ensure their skill and knowledge base is continually growing.
